Beds & Bars Limited will be what is known as the ‘Data Controller' of the personal data you provide to us.
Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you, which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (often known as ‘sensitive personal data'). This information does, however, include the likes of your name, email, phone number, and your CV and any information you choose to share with us.
We need your CV to carry out our internal recruitment process, and we need your contact details to reach out to you to schedule a job interview if you are considered a suitable candidate for the role you have applied for.
Your contact details and CV are securely stored in our Google Cloud Platform account and accessible by our internal recruitment teams, including site management for the bar or hostel you applied to. At no point do we share these details with a 3rd party organisation.
We store your CV and contact details for up to 24 months. We do this in case things didn’t work out during the first application and so we can contact you if a similar role opens up. If you wish for this data to be permanently removed, you can request this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (this is a data erasure request).
